The supply/exhaust diffuser provides a special airflow that offers outstanding comfort as well as sustainability, performance and aesthetic versatility. The Circle Coanda design solves a specific problem where the physics of creating the "coanda effect" of air diffusers conflicted with the aesthetic requirements of designers and architects.
Today's buildings require high quality supply and extract air and people do not want to feel strong airflows, but modern building standards require a high air exchange. Standard diffusers blow air in concentrated jets, creating a flow that resembles a flashlight beam. By contrast, diffusers that create a "Koanda effect" can deliver very large volumes of air without the occupants feeling it. "The 'Koanda effect' occurs when the airflow envelops and follows the contours of a curved surface. This means that the airflow is distributed parallel to the ceiling, rather than vertically with downward jets. This ensures that even when standing directly under the diffuser, you will not feel a direct air flow, which makes it much more pleasant for users.

The diffuser cap is secured with the new Click system, which makes installation even easier and more precise. This system is more environmentally friendly and more resistant to high temperatures than the magnets used previously.
Like all Ventmann products, the PCIRCLE Coanda is environmentally friendly thanks to its unique plaster composite material. These diffusers have a significantly smaller built-in carbon footprint than their aluminium or plastic counterparts. In addition, the plaster can be plastered and painted, which ensures maximum visibility of the diffuser in the interior. Frameless mounting further improves this possibility.
