INFINITY filter (set)

A carbon filter is used when the hood is used in air recirculation mode. Such a technical solution is used in cases where it is not possible to connect it to the ventilation duct.

The filters contain activated carbon balls that absorb unpleasant odors. The purpose of the carbon filter is to neutralize unpleasant odors, after which the purified air returns to the kitchen.

Unlike traditional filters, the INFINITY filter can be washed and reused. The best way to clean the filter is to wash it in the dishwasher, selecting the program with the highest temperature (usually 65°C) and using normal washing detergents.

To avoid contaminating the filter with food particles or other contaminants, the filter must be washed in the dishwasher separately - without other dishes. After washing the filter, dry it in an oven at 100°C for 10 minutes to reactivate its absorbent properties.

In case of normal use, the filter should be cleaned every 2 months. After effective treatment, the filter retains its odor-absorbing properties for 3 years. After this time, it must be replaced.

Note: Carbon filters should not be used if the range hood is operating as a standard range hood (discharging air in the ventilation duct).
