Payment method
When shopping at www.vedinimaju.lv, we offer payment:
- with Bank transfer
After receiving the order, an invoice corresponding to the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.
Please pay the invoice within (three) working days, otherwise your order will be canceled and the ordered goods will no longer be reserved.
Warranty
All mechanical equipment has a 2 (two) year manufacturer's warranty. If the product has technical problems during the warranty period, the warranty service of the product will be performed in accordance with the warranty service conditions specified by the manufacturer of the product. Warranty documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly indicate: product model, serial number, date of sale. The warranty is valid if the buyer can present a document confirming the purchase (bill of lading) for the purchased product.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the warranty rights if the Buyer has obviously neglected the equipment during its use or the equipment has been installed and used in violation of the manufacturer's instructions.
We remind you that PTAL norms do not apply to cases when the product is purchased by legal entities!
To apply for a warranty case, please write an application to the e-mail: info@vedinimaju.lv, stating the date of purchase of the product, the defect of the product, as well as attaching a copy of the delivery note.
