Information about the use of the right of refusal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without explanation. The term of realization of the right of refusal expires 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the goods. If the end of the term falls on an "officially" established holiday in the country, the right of withdrawal can be exercised until the working day following the end of the specified term (including it).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the concluded contract by sending the right of withdrawal form to the address: info@vedinimaju.lv. In order to comply with the right of refusal, the notification of the use of the right of refusal must be sent before the expiry of the right of refusal.
SIA "Vēdini Māju" reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of refusal or withhold compensation if the returned goods do not correspond to clause 6.7.1 specified in the Distance Contract.
Remember! During the realization of the right to refuse, you have the right to use the product in the amount necessary for its testing! (as much as it could be done until the purchase of goods).
Consequences of exercising the right to feedback
In case of termination of the contract, the returned goods must be sent back or transferred to the warehouse of SIA "Vēdini Māju" - Rubeņu ceļš 2A, Jelgava, LV-3002, without unreasonable delay no later than 5 (five) working days from the moment of termination of the contract. the day when you notified us of your decision to cancel this contract.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging, and the returned goods cannot be used. After the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we will refund you the money for the returned goods, without unreasonable delay, no later than within 7 (seven) days.
The seller transfers the money for the returned goods to the buyer's bank account number. Shipping costs and expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are not reimbursed to the Buyer, and the return of the goods to the Seller is borne by the Buyer.
