Insulation of flexible air ducts: 50 mm / Ø102 / 10 m

PE-FLEX insulation with a diameter of Ø102 mm, intended for the insulation of flexible air ducts Ø50, Ø75, Ø90 mm. 10 m in one package.

The insulation is made of polyester non-woven fabric 25, 50 and 75 mm, which does not cause dust and does not irritate the skin.

PE-FLEX air duct insulation consists of three layers:

• reinforced internal foils that facilitate the application of insulation to the ventilation ducts and functioned as vapor barrier protection
• insulating fleece made of plastic (thickness 25, 50 or 75 mm)
• the outer shell, which mechanically protects the insulation of the sleeve and forms a vapor barrier

The main advantages of non-woven polyester insulation:

• does not cause dust or itch during assembly
• there is no risk of wool particles entering the ventilation ducts
• it is more resistant to moisture and water
• the coefficient of thermal conductivity is comparable to mineral wool
