XFlat200 is a high-efficiency central heat recovery ventilation unit with heat and humidity recovery, designed for apartments and private houses. The unit delivers an airflow of up to 200 m³/h, with the option to switch to 150 m³/h, allowing the ventilation system to be adapted to the specific requirements of the building.
Thanks to its exceptionally compact design and a height of only 210 mm, the XFlat200 can be installed either under the ceiling or vertically on a wall. It is an excellent choice for homes with standard ceiling heights, where every centimetre of space matters.
Integrated Air Distribution Manifolds
The XFlat200 is designed to accommodate integrated air distribution manifolds, providing greater flexibility when planning and installing the ventilation system. While their use is optional, they offer a practical solution for projects where a more compact and efficient installation is preferred.
When the integrated manifolds are used, they provide several advantages:
- Lower overall system costs by eliminating the need for separate distribution manifolds.
- Faster and easier installation.
- Fewer additional components and duct connections.
If a different ducting solution is preferred, the unit can also be installed without using the integrated air distribution manifolds.
Control System
The XFlat200 is equipped with the COMFORT control system, providing comprehensive configuration options and convenient day-to-day operation.
The control panel connects to the unit using the included 10 m RJ45 cable, ensuring a simple, secure and reliable installation.
A built-in Wi-Fi module comes as standard, allowing immediate remote control via the web application. The XFlat200 can also be integrated with Smart Home systems and BMS (Building Management Systems) for seamless building automation.
