As standard, the heat recovery unit is equipped with:
- An electric preheater – preheats the incoming air in cold weather and helps prevent the heat exchanger from freezing.
- A cross-flow enthalpy heat exchanger – recovers heat and moisture from the extracted air, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.
- Constant Flow function – automatically maintains the set airflow rate by adjusting the fan operation according to changes in system resistance.
XFlat450 is a high-efficiency central heat recovery ventilation unit with heat and humidity recovery, designed for apartments and private houses. The unit delivers an airflow of up to 200 m³/h at 250 Pa.
Thanks to its exceptionally compact design and a height of only 270 mm, the XFlat450 can be installed either under the ceiling or vertically on a wall. It is an excellent choice for homes with standard ceiling heights, where every centimetre of space matters.

Control System
The XFlat450 is equipped with the COMFORT control system, providing comprehensive configuration options and convenient day-to-day operation.
The control panel connects to the unit using the included 10 m RJ45 cable, ensuring a simple, secure and reliable installation.
A built-in Wi-Fi module comes as standard, allowing immediate remote control via the web application. The XFlat450 can also be integrated with Smart Home systems and BMS (Building Management Systems) for seamless building automation.
