As standard, the heat recovery unit is equipped with:

1. An electric preheater – preheats the incoming air in cold weather and helps prevent the heat exchanger from freezing.
2. A cross-flow enthalpy heat exchanger – recovers heat and moisture from the extracted air, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.
3. Constant Flow function – automatically maintains the set airflow rate by adjusting the fan operation according to changes in system resistance.

The Xhouse 500 is a compact and highly efficient heat recovery unit designed for modern single-family homes and larger apartments. Thanks to the MultiFlow system, it offers two nominal capacities in a single unit (400 or 500 m³/h), allowing it to perfectly adapt to the property’s needs.

The unit uses an enthalpy heat exchanger (ERV) to recover both heat and humidity. A built-in Wi-Fi module, the ability to connect to a smart home system (Modbus RTU), and an automatic bypass ensure maximum comfort and easy operation.

The lightweight EPP housing makes installation quick and easy—connection ports can be positioned at the front or sides, and left/right orientation can be set with a single button.
