As standard, the heat recovery unit is equipped with:

1. An electric preheater – preheats the incoming air in cold weather and helps prevent the heat exchanger from freezing.
2. A cross-flow enthalpy heat exchanger – recovers heat and moisture from the extracted air, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.
3. Constant Flow function – automatically maintains the set airflow rate by adjusting the fan operation according to changes in system resistance.

XHOUSE 250 ERV is a compact ventilation unit for apartments and small private houses, which provides controlled air exchange with heat and humidity recovery. The enthalpy heat exchanger helps to maintain a comfortable indoor microclimate throughout the year, especially during the heating season, by reducing air drying.

The unit provides an air flow of up to 250 m³/h and is suitable for small and medium-sized living spaces. The integrated preheater protects the system from freezing in winter conditions, while continuous air flow control ensures stable and energy-efficient operation.

An electronic or mechanical bypass is available for effective ventilation during the warm season. The unit supports the connection of CO₂ and humidity sensors, as well as control via a Wi-Fi module or integration into smart home systems (Modbus RTU), allowing the ventilation intensity to be automatically adjusted to the needs of the room.

The casing is made of lightweight and well-insulated EPP material, with a total weight of around 16–17 kg. The device is designed for vertical installation in dry indoor spaces. High energy efficiency (up to A+ for cold climates) also allows it to be used in support programs.
